Random thoughts from a man who only knows in part until the Perfect comes

I am a Christian, a husband to Heather Doyle, a father to Noah, Olivia and Emma-Kate, and a pastor of Harbins Community Baptist Church…in that order.  I’m just your typical Christ-following, Bible-believing, soccer-playing, sci-fi-watching, Caedman’s Call-listening, Piper-reading, Reformed-thinking, right-leaning, family-loving, vertically-challenged, blond-headed, over-weight, average-looking, American male.

I grew up as a missionary kid on the mission field with my parents in Quito, Ecuador.  I got my undergraduate degree from Hardin-Simmons University and my Master of Divinity for Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
